Appointments
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire treatment session within the allotted time scheduled, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling your appointment. For information on fees, please refer to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations/No Shows
At RE/BALANCE, there is a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy in place to ensure patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect the provider’s time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee charged to the credit card on file and will be nonrefundable:
Neuromodulator appointments - $100
All other services - $150
If a patient has late cancelled and or not shown 3 times, he or she will be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking the appointment. The amount pre paid is non refundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at RE/BALANCE.
We try to respect the provider’s time, and last-minute cancellations do not allow for appointments to be filled in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding of the cancellation policy.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while our best is done to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve the desired result.
No refund on gift cards purchased
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
